The whiz himself, Nigel Meadows, opens the day with a powerful breath and sound journey. Conscious connected breathing paired with the resonance of sound, unlocking deep relaxation, releasing what's been held onto, and clearing the way before the real work of the day begins.
The Flow:
Forget boring grey meeting rooms. We'll be in a beautifully curated private venue in Hale for the full transformative intensive, from 9:30am to 6pm.

We will be throwing away the labels you've been operating under, and getting honest about what's actually been running your life and your business underneath the surface.

Finally, we close with a powerful hypnosis session on confidence with Amy Jones, locking in everything the day has built at the level where all real, lasting change actually happens - the subconscious mind.
