Hi, I'm Galina, a life coach (but I call myself an Identity Architect) because most coaching stops at goals and habits. I go underneath that, into the self-concept: your self-image, your self-esteem, the whole architecture of who you believe you are, and who you need to become to actually have the life you want.

I turn stuck, ambitious girls into unstoppable women. Through laser-focused sessions where we focus on YOU, accountability drills, and mindset rewiring, I help you crush your limits, dominate your goals, and build momentum that actually lasts.

I'm currently mid-transition myself, still in corporate banking and compliance by day, building this by every other hour I can find.

Along the way I've lived through divorce, healing PTSD, ME/CFS, getting sober, going broke, and finding spirituality to hold onto when logic stopped being enough. I do not have it all figured out and never claimed to.

What got me through was a delusional belief in myself, the kind with zero evidence behind it but turns out neuroscience actually backs that up. Your brain can rewire at any age, and it all comes down to who you are at identity level. Which explains why I became a little obsessed with it. Some women collect handbags. I collect proof that people can change.

Now I work with women rebuilding themselves, their lives and their businesses, wherever they happen to be on that road. Not strategy first. Identity first. Because your external reality, your business, your relationships, the results you keep circling back to, is really just a mirror of who you've been underneath it all.
